Centralised Lubrication Units

Drip Lub manufactures Centralised Lubrication Units for plant and machinery. The units consist of mild steel fabricated tank (capacity range a is 3, 5, 10-litre or custom built) in which motorised gear pump is vertica ly fitted with a manifold. The unit can be offered in single or three-phase depending on the type of applicafion. The clamping mounting arrangements can also be provided. Gear pump used is a positive displacement type and the output of the pump is 0.1 to 3 LPM with maximum pressure of 15 kg/sq cm. A suction strainer is provided at the suction end of the pump. The vertical float switch's NO contact (lamp 240 V AC) is used to give low level signal. If required, NC or both NC/ NO contact can be provided. Air breather with filter is used to fill and filter oil which is poured into the tank. Face mounting oil window is used to indicate oil level in the tank. The manifold contains relief valve and a pressure gauge. User areas include: milling, multi-drilling, CNC machining Centres, plastic moulding, presses, rolling mills, textile and printing machines, spray dryers, chemical and pharmaceutical industries, and gearboxes.
