CENTRALISED LUBRICATION SYSTEMS

Efficient Machine Accessories manufactures Centralised Lubrication Systems. It is used for machine tool industries. It delivers oil at a pressure of 60 kg/cm². These systems are suitable for light and heavy-duty compressors, power presses, machine tools, and rubber, plastic, paper, sugar and cement machineries. Up to 16 pumping elements can be mounted on oil sump having oil capacities ranging from 2.5 litres to 5 litres. Each pumping element is capable of delivering oil up to 0.3 cc per stroke. The drive system works at 10 RPM with inherent worm gear ratio of 50:1. It improves the life of machines parts like bearings.
