Centralised Lubrication Systems

CNC Technologies offers Centralised Lubrication Systems. These systems are suitable for all machine tool application. These are also used in single line resistance system or positive displacement injection system or spray mist lubrication system or grease lubrication system. These are available in standard 2L and 3L tank capacities and 8L and 20L tank capacities are also available. These are also available with float switch; lube alarm beeper, pressure switch and Lube On and Lube Off time setting. Fixed pressure function of pressure relief valve can prevent pumps from damage. The models used in CNC machine tools are the ones where Lube On and Off time setting is done through PLC program. Output volume is from 100 cc/min to 250cc/min. The input supply voltage option of 110 V AC and 220 V AC is available. Metering cartridges and fitting accessories are also available in wide variety to suit all applications.
