Centralised Lubrication Units

EMCO & Co offers Centralised Lubrication Unit. This is used for main air line networks. Total-lub system operates by converting liquid lubricant into micron particle oil mist which, when introduced into the main air line network, vaporises into an oil micron-fog. The oil micron-fog permits lubrication of any pneumatically-driven components and equipment that the main air line network is serving, such as valves, cylinders, hand-tool turbines, etc. The main advantage of Total-lub is, therefore, not only its ability to serve the entire air line network with lubricant, but to do so utilising the minimum amount of oil. Total-lub systems available: A. in-line type: Rc3/4, Rc1 TLC series; Rc1 1/4 ~ Rc2 TLB series. B. by-pass type: Rc1 ~ Rc3; TLD series (electrically-operated booster); TA4 series (pneumatically-operated booster). Industrial applications: steel manufacturing - total lubrication of air cylinders, solenoid valves, air filtration motors, hopper gates and smelting furnace gates; assembly lines - total lubrication of air-operated tools, air cylinders, air motors, etc.; production line machinery - total lubrication of multi-spot welders, automatic welding lines, casting machines, presses, grinding machines, polishing machines, NC machines, machining centres, etc.
