Sharon Controls offers Automatic lubricator. This Lubeteck(tm) make auto grease cup (AGC) provides lubrication that eliminates breakdown and guarantees lubrication even in positions, which are difficult to access. This automatic grease lubricator injects grease constantly and automatically through the pressure of spring. The control valve can fix the adjustment of injection of the quantity of grease. AGC is designed on the inter-relationship between the pressure of spring and the RPM of the machine. The lubricator has to be filled with grease by using a hand-held/pneumatic grease gun. The rate of flow of the grease can be adjusted even while the machine is in operation. AGC increases bearing-life as a result of continuous and steady lubrication. It has a sturdy construction and compact design making it suitable to install even in severe vibration without any supporting bracket. It lubricates bearing during operation, thus grease is evenly renewed. Since frequent visits to hazardous positions are reduced it leads to more human safety and less man-hours for grease application. Application: bearings, shafts, pumps and all kinds of machinery where grease lubrication is required.
