S V A Rikkon Lubes Pvt Ltd offers Luberr range of Automatic Lubrication Systems. Thee company has now launched Motoluberr, primarily for mining equipment. Motoluberr is a 3-phase AC/24 V DC operated grease pump. Motoluberr s high pressure pump delivering commercial greases up to NLGI Class-2. This reciprocating type pump carries the lubricating grease to the lubricating point via a progressive distributor or injectors. It is suitable for operating with mineral oil and grease up to a consistency of NLGI Grade-2. It must be ensured that the oil or grease used do not have a tendency to change their consistency-significantly in the course of time or under the influence of temperature or pressure. Motoluberr is launched to work with injector or with progressive distributors depending on the application requirement. Motoluberr is launched to counter the competition of pneumatic and hydraulic systems currently used. The range of products includes MLA, MLD, MLI. Capacity varies from small 5 kg to 180 kg. Applications include: mining, material handling equipments and concrete equipments.
