Air-Oil Lubricators

Pi-Tech Services offers Air-Oil Lubricator. This is a new type of lubricator which injects the oil into the bearings in a timed-cycle. Operation: The oil is pushed ahead through compressed-air pressure, at given intervals of time. With the pressure of air remaining below 3 bars, the oil does not become a mist and remains as a liquid only. Features: This lubricator have several types of protection for spindle-safety; and offer great economy of operation since the compressed-air flow in not continuous. It has number of outlets for the supply of oil to: the front bearings; the rear bearings; the workhead; and the ballscrew of the slide. Each outlet has independent control of the delivery, while the time-impulse is common for all the outlets. Air-oil lubrication saves human lungs and the consumption of oil; with great economy.
