Miniature Radial Lubricator

Model MRL-2-3 A is a miniature radial lubricator made with an acrylic reservoir. A grease nipple is provided in the system to fill grease in the reservoir. The maximum of three outlets can be provided. Two mounting holes are provided at the back to mount the system on the vehicle. The system is driven by a 24/12 V DC motor. It is recommended to run the system with the help of a timer (optional) to have pre-determined On/Off timings. A grease level sensor (optional) is also available, which shall give NO/NC signal at 24 V. A dead weight attached to spring is provided to keep the grease at the bottom for better suction. Specifications: reservoir capacity – 2 litres (acrylic); number of outlets (pump element) – 03; delivery pressure – 200 kg/cm² (max); dose/discharge per outlet – 3 gm/min; motor – 40 W, 24/12 V DC; and suitable for grease up to NLGI-II. Application: lubrication of machine tool, press tool, injection moulding machine and vehicle chassis lubrication of shovel, excavator, dumper, truck and buses, etc.
