Lubricator, Pneumatically Operated Radial Type

Cenlub Industries offer a pneumatically operated radial lubricator. This is like an electrically operated lubricator, the basic difference being the prime mover. In this case, a pneumatic motor rotates at an RPM of 30-40. At this particular RPM, a cam fitted on the shaft of the pneumatic motor starts rotating, thus operating the plungers. The main advantages of this type of lubricator are: very simple and compact in design; easy for maintenance; low power consumption; and, speed of rotation can also be regulated within certain range. However, as it is very clear, in case of pneumatic gadgets, the air line should be dry and clean and silencers are required for bringing down the noise level at the exhaust. These lubricators have been designed by Cenlub exclusively. These can be used on any machine, mill, plant where pneumatic line is available.
