Conveyor Lubrication Systems

Cenlub Industries offers Lubrication System. This pneumatic shot lubricator is used for open trolleys (inside out) and chain pins (through the beam) of the "I" beam conveyor. The lubricator has a two-gallon steel reservoir, a low-level float switch, low-level indicator light, and microprocessor with programmable count controller. The lubricant volume for each lube point is adjustable from .003 cc minimum to .03 cc maximum per lube point, per shot. This lubricator is designed for all lubricants with viscosities from ISO 2 to ISO 100 (dry-film to SAE 30) that are compatible with Viton seals. The lubricator requires a minimum of 60 PSI compressed air and 120/240 V AC, 50/60 Hz power supply for operation. This unit is mounted on a 24" long modified section of "I" beam. The lubricator will operate at conveyor speeds of up to 80 feet per minute and with travel in either direction. This is a no drip lubricator that is the shot of lubricant does not drip, at all.
