Rust converter

Kemikox Formulators offers Rustcon is rust converter that is bio-friendly. The milky organic Rust cnverter converts rust into a bluish-black rust preventive coating. Conventional methods of rust removal i.e. wire brushing / chiselling / scrapping / power cleaning etc cannot drive out rust completely from the surface, particularly from surface cavities. Rustcon produces complete passivation by converting all the stratified layers of residual rust into a bluish-black stabilized form. Rustcon molecule makes co?ordinate covalent bonds with the ions of iron making them immobile and neutral. A hexa-dentate irreversible chelate complex is formed. The trapped, chelated iron is surrounded by large organic molecules of Rustcon which alongwith other layers act as barrier for O2 & H2O molecules. Hence iron is protected from further attack by oxygen and moisture. Rustcon can be applied safely on loco coaches, gates, grills, sheet metals, pipelines, ship & automobile bodies, bridges, structural works which cannot be dismantled, machineries, hoardings, castings and on what not.
