These speciality lubricants are developed at the company’s in-house laboratory with extensive commercial trials, so all speciality lubricants are time tested for quality and performance. Apart from quality the products are much more economical compared to imported lubricants. Grafocoat-GBPL is a Plunger Lubricant for automatic plunger lubrication systems in pressure die-casting machines, forging and extrusion lines. It is based on semi synthetic oils, micro fine graphite and additives. It forms a tenacious film, which prevents metal-to-metal contact and increase life of plunger by 2 to 3 fold. Grafocoat-GBPL is ideal for automatic spray lubrication systems. The fine particle size and high purity graphite does not settle for longer period, eliminates problem of choking of capillary tubes.
