These speciality lubricants are developed at the company’s in-house laboratory with extensive commercial trials, so all speciality lubricants are time tested for quality and performance. Apart from quality the products are much more economical compared to imported lubricants. Grafocoat-GLP is graphite and solids free Plunger Lubricant based on synthetic oils and additives for automatic plunger lubrication systems in pressure die-casting machines, forging and extrusion lines. Features: longer plunger life due to specific base oil having residual lubrication properties; performs as coating that minimises wear and tear of plunger; no setting problems in absence of solid lubricants so no clogging of capillary tubes; and clean working conditions reduces pollution problems.
