D N R Corporation offers Metal Working Fluid, Apple Cut. This is a high quality multi-purpose water emulsifiable metal working fluid. This is specially formulated metal to form a stable superior quality, milky emulsion in a wide range of water hardnesses. This is free from nitrites, phenols and chlorinated additives characteristics, sludge formation and service life. Benefits: the high oil content gives excellent machining tool lubrication and residual corrosion protection; high level of corrosion protection of machined parts during storage and transfer; multi metal machining capability and low staining potential on ferrous and non ferrous metals, including aluminium and yellow metal alloys; readily forms emulsion in water; wide application range allows product rationalisation; and gives extended service life in the sump due to specially formulated biocide package. Applications: the superior emulsion stability, high level of lubricity and wide application range like CNC, general machinings make apple cut an extremely cost effective general-purpose water emulsifiable metal working fluid.
