Lube Oil Systems

Leonardo Engineering manufactures lube oil systems. A lube oil system provides filtered and cooled oil lubricant at the proper pressure, temperature and flow rate to the equipment in which it is used. The oil lubrication units are mainly used for continuous lubrication and cooling of bearings of large drives like electric motors, alternators, turbines or to lubricate the gears of heavy gearboxes. As the applications are very critical, these units consist of dual sets of motor assemblies and other related systems. An in-built electrical control cabinet monitors the various performance parameters like flow rate, pressure, temperature, etc. If any problem in the running pump is sensed, the standby pump is automatically brought into use.
