Lubricast 840 D mixes well in both soft and hard water. It is used in fully automatic and hand-held spray systems. Lubricast 840 D will not clog spray nozzles, nor will it leave heavy waxy build-up on dies. Cast parts can be painted or plated without concern for lack of adhesion. Recommended concentration ratios of 180:1 to 250:1 make Lubricast 840 D an excellent choice of die release that is economical to use.
