This is a quality, water soluble, die casting lubricant with 21% solids formulated for the production of bright, clean parts in a variety of operations. Lubricast 820-D mixes well in both soft and hard water. It is used in fully automatic and hand-held spray systems. Lubricast 820-D will not clog spray nozzles, nor will it leave a waxy build up on dies. Cast parts can be painted or plated without concern for lack of adhesion. Recommended concentration ratios of 80:1 to 120:1 make Lubricast 820-D an excellent choice of die release that is economical to use.
