The product range covered under different brand names reflects its end use. These speciality lubricants are developed at the company’s in-house laboratory with extensive commercial trials, so all speciality lubricants are time tested for quality and performance. Apart from quality the products are much more economical compared to imported lubricants. Grafocoat-DC-100 is a water dilutable Die Release Agent for aluminium pressure die-casting. It provides excellent release for complex moulds with bright surface finish. Grafocoat-DC-100 is a balanced formula of synthetic lubricant and additive package. Better parting and bright surface can be achieved in complex moulds. The additive package also lubricates ejector pins and moving parts effectively to reduce wear and tear. Grafocoat-DC-100 can be used in automatic and hand spray guns effectively. The dilution ratio can be minimum 100 and for simple mould up to 200 depending upon complexity of moulds.
