Cold Forming/Deep Drawing Lubricant

Futech Chemicals has developed a lubricant composition for various cold forming and deep drawing operations for steel and SS. Techlube- 16 is based on high performance lubricants containing extreme pressure additives and effective rust preventive agents. This helps the formed steel components from rusting for a period of 15 days to one month. Techlube-16 residues, after forming, are easily cleanable in regular alkaline degreasing chemicals and therefore do not pose any problem for subsequent plating, phosphating or painting jobs. It also does not contain any chemicals which produce hazardous smoke during welding/brazing operations. Techlube-16 is best suited for the manufacture of pressed steel components in electrical and auto industries, manufacture of deep drawn compressor shells, gas cylinders and in the manufacture of SS pressure cookers, etc.
