Sree Lakshmi Traders offers Steel Guard Nanocoatâ„¢, an inorganic, water-based anti-rust compound conforming to RoHS directive. It is a non-evaporative, non-inflammable liquid that is unique, ready-to-use, preventing rust and corrosion by acting at a molecular level of the steel surface and completely restores it to rust-free condition. It is based on nano technology wherein one thin layer of 0.2 microns acts at a molecular level stopping the formation of Fe2 & Fe3 ions. It penetrates the surface of steel forming Dense Micro Crystals (DMC) between the molecules of Iron within the surface and not above it, retaining the original properties of the steel. In addition, Steel Guard Nanocoat increases the bonding strength to the applied material between 100 to 300% giving it an extended strength and life in construction.
