Anti Seize And Lubricating Compounds

Globe Bearing Centre offers the Never Seez range of MRO products. This is a family of 10 different product formulations, to solve almost every type of industrial problem associated with metal wear, corrosion and seizure. One example is the pure nickel special and nuclear grade. These are superior, high temperature anti seize and extreme pressure lubricants. These contain flake particles of pure nickel, graphite and other additives in a special grease carrier found to enhance anti seize performance. The nuclear grade is specially tested and certified pure for use in nuclear power plants. The advantages are: excellent heat dispersing qualities; minimizes corrosion; resists galvanic action between dissimilar metals; resists alkaline solutions, most chemicals and acid vapours, steam, ionised water; and temperature resistance up to 13150C. The applications are: recommended for use where applications prohibit the presence of" copper; fittings, fasteners exposed to high temperatures in steel mills, power plants and nuclear plants; fasteners in exhaust manifolds and boilers; steam generators and assembly of dissimilar metals.
