Petroleum Engineers offers Glass Line Vessel Descalent. ZL-1000, is used for cleaning outer jackets of enamelled vessels which are coated with Scale, Silica, Rust, Hammer scale residues of cracked oil and similar contaminants. Algae in small amount are also removed. Thermal conduction during heating and cooling is adversely affected by deposits leading to increase in consumption of steam & water, and loss in production. The problem attached with cleaning of the outer enamelled vessel is, diffusion of Hydrogen formed during dissolution of iron through iron jacket beneath the coating. The enamel is lifted leading to formation of fish scales, and the enamel flakes off. Advantages: .
