Fuel Conditioner, Purefuel

Hindusthan Electric House offers a Fuel Conditioner, Purefuel (formerly known as FuelMag®), which is fitted in the fuel line before the filter. This “one-time” inexpensive unit will completely break-up and stop growth of bacteria and other microbes and continuously clean the total fuel system. Purefuel conditioner neither takes out nor adds anything to fuel, but it simply sterilises the fuel to keep it clean from fuel degrading microbial activity. It is a simple attachment to the fuel suction line before the lift pump or filters depending on the fuel system configuration. Purefuel conditioner utilises the circulation system of diesel engines. Diesel from the tank should come to Purefuel conditioner first and then flow to down line filters. As the fuel enters Purefuel conditioner the strong magnetic field within the unit flow path disrupts the microbial colonies and make them dormant. When cells of microorganisms are dormant, it goes back to its original cell size of 1 or smaller microns. Such small cells will flow through the filters and get destroyed in the combustion chamber rather than sticking on filter element pleats, tank internals and fuel pipes. The return fuel from the FIP and nozzles will still have microbes but they will be dormant and unable to multiply. This continuous cleaning process is on whenever the engine is run. Since the flow rate of fuel lift pump is 3-4 times higher than the actual consumption, in a few minutes the entire volume in the fuel tank is cleaned several times by Purefuel conditioner. This ensures that the fuel tank is also cleaned and protected. Once Purefuel conditioner is installed one can be sure that the diesel will never get contaminated with microbial activity during the life of an engine. Purefuel conditioner does not require any power connection or service maintenance. It lasts over 20 years.
