VIBRO SCREENS

ETA Engineering Services offers Vibro Screens. It is economical and energy efficient. It is compact and elegant. It is easy to operate and maintain and do not need high skilled staff. It can be placed on line for continuous operation or offline for batch operation. It is designed in modular fashion, and is duly supported by accessories to match application requirement. It is designed to give gyratory motion to the sieve resulting in definite movement of material on screen. Material to be sieved is to be fed in the centre of the top screen, continuously, at steady speed. The three-dimensional vibrations is generated by special purpose vibro motor. The material moves in radially or spirally outward manner. In the process, the undersized material/ fines drop down from the screen holes and oversize material, retained on mesh, is discharged automatically and continuously from outlet spout. The material, which has fallen below the mesh, also gets discharged from lower spout similarly. The process involves multiple stages to perform smooth and continuous gradation or screening operation. Applications: oversize removal - removal of foreign material; pre packing sieving; sifting, removal of lumps from powder/ granules; grading or classification, undersize/ chips removal: dust removal, fine powder screening; separation of solid from liquid - filtration of slurry/ syrup/ oils, recovery of fiber/ husk from wash water, removal of solid from effluent, removal of grit from powder or slurry.
