Vibro Milling Separator

Sukhwant Engg Works offers a vibro milling separator designed for efficient separation of materials. This is suitable for large course material, small fine material such as grit, dust, etc, and all light-weight particles, during the cleaning process for feed, spices, seeds, chemicals, tea and all types of free -flowing grains. The machine is available in all sizes and capacities as per requirement. It has a sturdy welded sheet steel frame with a sifting body composed of layers of sieves resting on springs. The reciprocating movement is caused by two vibro motors, each attached to either side of the machine. The sieve frame is made of seasoned wood, the sieve covers are cleaned by rubber balls. A self-regulating feed gate with counter balance lever is provided for uniform distribution of grain over the entire sieve width. The standard machine is supplied with a built-in aspirator to remove dust and all light weight particles. The aspirator consists of aspiration channel, fan, cyclone, air seal and reduction gearbox.
