Turbo sifter - Model SAI 250

Turbo sifter from Dev Industrial Enterprises, Mumbai, is useful in chemicals, pharmaceuticals, dyestuff & pigments, food products, cosmetics, pesticides and fertilisers, sieving, and screening of granules. This machine is used for sifting the powder inputs before mixing, to trap extraneous impurities. This has the capacity of giving 4 to 20 kgs output per minute. Feed and product discharge is continuous and has dust tight transfer arrangement of sieved product to next process equipment. This portable, compact unit works on low energy consumption and has wide range of screen sizes from 4 to 300 Mesh. The machine runs vibration-free and produces low noise. Approximate weight of the machine is 65 KG and requires motor with rating of 1 HP for its operation.
