Test Sieves

Multi WireTest manufactures Sieves made of high-grade wire cloth and test sieves. These are made with joint less brass or stainless steel frames in a wide range of diameters in sizes of 4", 8" 12" and 18" inches; special sizes are available on request. Test sieve in diameter size 18" is made with joined frame. Test sieves are made to rest one above the other and have snug sliding fit lids or covers; receivers are also supplied. Sieves in accordance with ASTM, BSS, or ISO standards are available with stainless steel woven wire mesh of mesh aperture ranging from 8 micron to 2700 micron absolute. Made from woven wire mesh of high quality stainless steel and phosphor bronze, the cloth ranges from coarse grade to fine and to microfine mesh with aperture size from 8? to 2700?. Plain, twill, plain Dutch, twill Dutch, reverse Dutch and 5 heddle shaft types of weave are available. The square meshes range from 8 to 500 mesh in plain and twill weave and several other multimeshes in 325 x 2300 mesh in twill Dutch weave, 12 x 64 and 24 x 110 mesh in plain Dutch weave, 630 x 130 mesh in reverse Dutch weave, etc. The ultramodern post-weaving facilities include slitting machine having width up to 60 mm, ultrasonic cleaning machine and straightening machine.
