Strainers, Y- & Basket-Type

CTEW manufactures a wide range of strainers, which find application in process and chemical industries for filtration purpose. Rigid in construction and full port filter elements are features of the strainers both in Y-type as well as in basket type. General materials are CI, SS-304/316, MS, cast steel, etc, with SS-304/316 and brass filtering elements. The sizes offered are from 1/4"to 2"in screwed connection and 1"to 12"in flanged connection in 150# and 300# ratings. Full port and sloped to 45? reduce the pressure drop and bolted cover with drain plug. For special application, a bleed valve is provided which remains attached to the body. Flange connection conforms to TPBS, ANSI, PN 10, DIN, JIS, and IS specifications. Filtering elements are rigid in construction and appropriate mesh in selected and used as per the micron sizes.
