Features: maximum temperature handled – 210 deg C; bags used – non woven polyester/Ryton/Nomex/fibreglass/PP/acrylic/Teflon, low CAN velocity – 175 FPM; dust emission at outlet – less than 20 mg/N cu.mtr; maximum air flow handled – 80000 cu. mtr/hr; bleeding arrangement provided at the inlet of bag filter for the safety of the bags; operation of solenoid valves only under dusty condition by DP switch control; and hopper heaters provided for sulphur attack.
