Portable Oil Filtration Systems

Industrial Electromechanics (Indelmech) offers Portable Oil Filtration Systems, to reduce overall operational and maintenance cost associated with contaminated hydraulic, lubrication, and dielectric oils. The end-user is able to purify a system’s contaminated oil while on or off-line. These portable systems can be designed and used for oil transfer or kidney loop filtration. The systems can be equipped to remove particulate, water, and acidity at the same time in one complete system. These portable oil filtration systems are recommended for contaminated systems that have oils with high particle counts, oils with moderate water content, oils with high acid numbers, oils with low resistivity, and oil with low dielectric values. The system operates on electric voltage of 240 V AC, 1 phase, 50 Hz or 440 V AC, 3-phase, 50 Hz. The electric motor ranges from 0.5 to 1.5 HP. The system is operated through On/Off starter. Differential pressure gauges can be provided on request – 40 PSID clogging indicator, when the elements need to be changed. Heavy-duty self-priming positive displacement gear pump with relief valve is provided. It comes with two 12’ hoses with NPT female swivel ends with plugs; 10 mtr long power cord of heavy gauge and high visibility yellow colour; and two units of oil sample valves for quick and convenient oil analysis are also provided. Flow rate options from: 5 to 80 LPM, filter housings with 1, 2, or 3 filter vessels for particulate, water and acid removal.
