Plate Magnet

Plate type permanent magnetic separators are widely used to remove Tramp iron mixed with the material moving on a conveyor. These Magnets are suspended, hanged or installed on the frame over the moving conveyors in such a way that any product being conveyed has to pass beneath the Magnetic plate, and the ferrous material passing by gets collected on the surface of the Magnetic plates. The Magnetic plates are hinged type and can be easily opened for manual cleaning.
