PFPL High Temperature Filters

Pyramid Filters, although a relatively new entrant in air filtration industry has already carved for itself owing to the commitment to total quality and ability to provide added value to clients. The company offers PFPL High Temperature Filters. These filters can withstand very high temperatures. These are available in all efficiency grades they are used in FBDs, ovens, etc. Fire retardant media is bonded to the casing using ceramic-based adhesive. The company has a state-of-the-art manufacturing set-up with pre, fine and HEPA media pleating machinery, aluminium foil corrugation machinery and a class 100000 cleanroom. HEPA filters are manufactured under class 100000 conditions and utmost care taken to achieve core tightness, strength against vibration and temperature resistance. They are also tested individually with thermal DOP to adhere to leak test with permissible leakage level of 0.01%. To ensure no compromise on quality, the company has a test rig based on CEN EN 779 fully equipped for testing pre and fine filters for dust spot efficiency and dust weight arrestance. The HEPA test rig is as per guidelines of IEST RP CC 001.3 to test the airflow, face velocity, scanning of filters against test aerosols for detecting leakages and fractional efficiency as per ASHRAE 52.2.
