Passive Harmonic Filters

Power Matrix Solutions provides solutions to achieve Harmonic Filtering using a combination of tuned, detuned and broadband passive harmonic filters: maxVarDTM/maxVarDTyTM. Salient features: The systems are designed using complex mathematical modelling tools developed in-house; Simulations are completed to understand the efficiency of the systems for the specific application; Database OF POWER QUALITY DAta has been developed on the back of the company being able to conduct detailed power quality audits; Reactors used for the systems can be designed for – a. 400, 600 and 1000 V, b. Detuning degree 5.67%/7%/8%/13%/14%, c. 3~, 2 air gaps, iron core, d. Min loss iron core, e. IP 00, f. Class H – 180°C, g. Internal thermistor provision – 120°C, 1 NC, h. High saturation limit, and i. High thermal limit; and Customised solutions can be developed and deployed for providing power factor correction and harmonic filtering at HT and LT voltage.
