Paper Band Cum Magnetic Coolant Filter

Mag Tools offers paper band cum magnetic coolant filters fabricated in steel. The entire unit is fixed on a coolant tank with a pump to supply coolant to the machine. The contaminated coolant liquid is first passed through the magnetic filter which separates almost 95 per cent of the ferrous particles. The liquid further passes through the filter paper by gravity. When the paper is clogged by contaminates, the coolant level rises on the filter paper and actuates the float switch which starts the geared motor and fresh paper from the roll is pulled forward automatically. Only paper band filters for filtering non-ferrous particles are supplied. It can be used for all types of grinding machines, honing machines, transfer lines, machining centres and rolling mills, and is available in capacities from 30 to 1,200 LPM.
