Paper Band cum Coolant Filter
Paper Band Cum Magnetic Coolant Filter, PBMF/ P.B.F. is designed to filter ferrous and non-ferrous particles with high degree of purification. It is strong and rigid. It is automatic and involves trouble free continuous operation. It is used in grinding, honing, machining centre and rolling mills. It consists of tank, pump, chain conveyor, geared motor, control panel with suitable magnetic coolant clarifier. The contaminated coolant is first passed through the magnetic filter, where almost 95% of the ferrous particles are separated. The coolant further passes through the paper filter where all non-ferrous particles are filtered. A float switch is actuated to bring fresh paper from the paper roll, when the filter paper is clogged by the contaminants. Other models with different capacities are available.
