PANEL FILTERS

Vizag filters manufactures Panel filters. These are manufactured in wide variety of filter media to suit each and every application depending on the lower size threshold of the particles to be filtered and the efficiency of filtration. Different filter medium is selected for different filtration application. Filter media are characterised by two important parameters: (1) Their filtration efficiency for a given particle size threshold and (2) Their resistance to flow of air gas or pressure drop. The range includes high efficiency particulate air filters, high efficiency and heavy-duty filters, Pocket filters, fine filters and Pre filters. Panel filter frames are normally manufactured either MS or GI sheets and can be supplied in aluminium, stainless steel frame if required. MS fames are spray painted with synthetic enamel paints. These filter units can be used under conditions of humidity up to and including 100% relative humidity. The efficiency of these filters varies from 90% to 99.97% depends on application and the media used. They are widely used in power plants, nuclear, biological, space, pharmaceutical, chemical, fertilizer, steel plant, textile, mining, gas turbines, compressor, automobile, etc.
