Paint booth filters

Calcutta-based Spectrum Filtration Pvt Ltd manufactures paint booth filters. The CC-600G fine air filtration media of the filter is specifically designed for application in down draft paint spray booths as final filtration barrier to all paint damaging particles from the intake airflow. Besides filtering intake air, the CC-600G ensures uniform distribution throughout the spray booth. The filter media of the CC-600G is made from selected high performance, non-breakable synthetic fibre in a progressive density multilayering process. This ensures high dust holding capacity with lowest pressure drop performance. Full depth impregnation and special adhesive coating prevent release of fibres and migration of paint damaging particles larger than 5 microns due to vibration in the system. The clean airside of the CC-600G is particularly dense and smoothened. Reinforced with a supporting woven open mesh scrim, the CC-600G promises longer life, high fractional efficiency, and low energy/maintenance costs. The CC-600G media conforms to DIN 534438-F1 and UL-900-class 1, and are self-extinguishing. The media is subject to independent quality control test according to EN 779. PA-50 paint arrester used for arresting over spray from exhaust air is also available. A critical performance parameter for the CC-600G is its ability to prevent dust particles collected by it from migrating into the downstream. The media subject to filter migration is suitable for paint booth ceiling applications. The migration test rig provides accurate simulation of paint booth ceiling vibration.
