Advance Dynamics offers Overband Magnet Separators. Advance overband magnet separator can be supplied as a cross belt or inline style. Cross belt magnet is usually placed over the straight portion of the conveyor. Magnet cleaning belt carries tramp-iron clear off the conveyor before it discharges. Inline style magnet is placed over the conveyor head pulley. Cleaning belt travels in the same direction as the conveyor, which is very effective for removal of iron tramp with out damage to conveyor belt.
