Over Band Magnetic Separators

Raj Magnetic Industries manufactures Over Band Magnetic Separators. It is installed over the conveyor belt to separate tramp iron pieces buried under the material being conveyed. Permanent magnets are normally suitable for operational height up to 350 mm as well as belt speed up-to 2.0 m/sec (max) to lift normal tramp iron pieces while electro-magnets are useful for operational height up to 800 mm and belt-speed up to 4.0 m/sec, to lift even/ odd shaped tramp-iron pieces such as nuts, cubes, etc, for which deep and strong magnetic field with higher force-index is required.
