Oil Separator For Degreasing Bath

Sartime Horological has developed an oil-sludge separator for online chemical bath cleaning equipment used in the electroplating and automobile ancillary surface finishing industry. This equipment outperforms the one developed by the Japanese or Americans. It cleans oil and sludge from alkali bath on line continuously. It separates sludge from the phosphating tank on line and does so continuously. Oil and sludge are not taken to the ETP system. This online and continuous separation helps to keep the chemical bath always clean and hence, there is no issue of Monday quality Vs Friday quality or the beginning or the month end quality, no more white steaks or strains, no oil traces in the down stream rinse waters, lesser plating rejection and better plating quality due to better chemical bath maintenance, there is no oil carry over to ETP system. The life of alkali tank can be extended to more than 4 years and hence no high TDS discharge to ETP.
