It also offers a variety of resin-bonded cartridges to handle a wide range of applications from petroleum to high viscosity resin, coatings and adhesives. Each style has a one-piece construction up to 40" length, eliminating the possibility of breakage or by pass at the joints. Phenolic resin bonded and fibreglass resin bonded cartridges are available to suit the most demanding oil filtration applications. "Resinator", the resin bonded filter bag developed by combining positive qualities of resin bonded cartridges offers non-compressible media depth of a resin filter, along with the greatly enhanced solids loading capacity and cost saving features. Resinator filter bags contain the contaminants securely inside the bag. This not only ensures the integrity of the filtration process, it builds an effective pre-filter cake that promotes higher efficiencies without higher-pressure drop or loss of flow capacity.
