Multi Bag Filter Housings

Eaton Filtration offers Multi Bag Filter Housings. These are used in applications where the flow rates are too high for a single-bag housing to handle. There are three different models of Eaton multi-bag housings, in seven different pipe size connections with filter bag capacities from 3 to 24. There is a Maxiline housing to meet the requirements of any high flow rate, bag filtration applications. Features: stainless steel or carbon steel construction; low profile design for easy bag change-out; choice of Viton or Buna-N seals; perforated stainless steel bag restrainer basket; and choice of housing with 3 to 24 filter bag capacity. Maxiline VMBF - this housing with its quick-lock quick opening and closing cover defines the state-of-the-art for multi-bag housings. The unique quick opening spindle closure mechanism provides for a 30 second opening or closing of the cover without the use of tools. The integral vent valve mechanism protects the operator by preventing the opening of the vessel without first venting the pressure. Finally, the spring assisted hinge makes lifting the cover safe and easy. The VMBF features a low profile design so that the top of the bag is at waist height and provides an ergonomic position for lifting dirty bags out of the housing. All Maxiline VMBF housings are constructed of type 304 or 316 stainless steel or carbon steel, are rated at 10 bars, available in a choice of 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, or 12 size 02, double length filter bag capacities.
