Moisture Separator

Moisture Separator is most economical solution to solve moisture problems in compressed air. The removal of water is imperative to the successful operation of compressed/gas/steam systems. Water causes corrosion of pneumatic tools, instruments and machinery resulting in malfunctioning. The unique coalescing element in conjunction with anti re-entrainment barrier system knocks out 99.95% of moisture from compressed air/gas streams. When moisture laden air enters moisture separator, it comes in contact with the dense coalescing element. The element forces the water droplets to coalesce. This causes the droplets to grow in size and become heavy. Gravity does the rest by pulling it down to the sump. The innovative vortex containment barrier system ensures peak efficiency. The dense coalescing element best used as an effective pre-filter for sub-micron filters.
