Miniplet Filters

S K Industries offers Minipleat Filters. With large surface area, these are used where higher volume of air with lower pressure loss is to be handled than the HEPA filters. Minipleat filters are manufactured with sub microglass paper. The individual folds are spaced by means of hot melt spacers, which gives the required stability. These filters find application in high technology process industries and in all clean rooms. For system where space is restricted or a rigid construction is required to combat turbulence, variable air volume condition and vibrations. They will operate unaffected by fans shutdown or start-up and are used in areas requiring the highest degree of air cleanliness. The filter comprises high efficiency minipleat cartridges which are easy to dispose of. Frame material is aluminium, SS, GI and MS powder coating.
