Ucco-Mech Filters offers Air filters manufactured for industries where a high degree of filtering efficiency is essential like nuclear energy, pharmaceuticals, biological, petrochemical, fertilisers, synthetic fibre, computer installation and hospitals. The filter element is constructed from special pressed felt filter fabric, stitched on into GI wire gauze support crimping into deep folds increases relative filtration area resulting in low differential pressure, high dust retention capacity, high flow rate. To ensure uniform distribution of air flow and longer service life filter folds are separated by aluminium spacers. Mechfil ADA series filters ensure relative low velocity and consistent efficiency rating of 99% for particles down to 5 microns. Operating conditions: can be used under conditions of high relative humidity. It is recommended that the filter element be replaced every 12 18 months. Installation: may be mounted in multiple banks on angle iron frames for large volumes of airflow.
