Magnetic separator

Magnetic separators are used for cleaning coolant used in industrial machines. The contaminated coolant from the machine is fed into the inlet of magnetic filter. The dust particular are attracted and arrested by the magnetic drum. The magnetic drum attracts the dust particles when these go between the body and drum, with the help of a scraper. A synthetic rubber roller mounted on the spring drive powder stored into the dust-collecting tray squeezes dust and alloys. This filters almost 95% for ferrous particles.
