Magnetic Coolant Filters

Magnetic Coolant Filters are manufactured for separation of ferrous contamination for coolants. These equipments are lightweight and compact in design, which can easily be installed. The powerful magnetic drum is driven by a heavy duty double worm reduction geared motor with end RPM of 2.5 The contaminated liquid passes through the drum and the ferrous particles are arrested without slip due to the specially designed cavity. An oil resistant rubber roller squeezes the dust dry which is scraped out continuously. The filtration is almost 95%. Areas of applications are for grinding, honing, machining operations and SPMs. Flow rates range from 30 LPM to 1200 LPM.
