Magnetic Liquid Filter

Industrial Magnetic Liquid Filters are used in heavy duty, large volume liquid and semi-liquid line flow systems to remove micron sized ferrous and paramagnetic contamination from various types of liquids. They provide magnetic protection for liquid lines and processing equipment and preserve product purity.
A matrix of rods containing high intensity rare earth neodymium iron boron magnets are housed in a stainless steel vessel. The magnetic configuration ensures maximum exposure of contaminants to the high intensity rods without impeding the flow of liquid. Jacketed filters are used in heated pipeline applications where temperature is critical to the product viscosity, for example, chocolate, syrups, jams and sauces. Magnetic liquid lines can be used to remove very fine or small contaminants making them ideal for use in liquid purification processes.
