Magnetic Coolant Clarifiers

Magnetic coolant clarifiers are designed to remove ferrous particles from coolant/cutting oils to enhance the life of the coolant/cutting oil and improve the surface finish of the product. The magnetic coolant clarifiers can be mounted on the existing cool tank. Coolant coming from the machine is fed into the coolant clarifier; the high-powered magnet extracts the ferrous particles continuously, which are then fed to a dustbin through a squeeze roller and scraper plate, which scraps the ferrous particles from the magnetic drum that is rotating at a speed of 2.5 rpm. The clean coolant oil is fed to the coolant tank after separation through the outlet of coolant clarifier. The fabrication of coolant clarifier is a combination of MS and SS sheet and has a very long life. These are available in different capacities from 50 to 1200 L/min and can be manufactured as per customer requirements.
