Magnetic Coolant Clarifier

‘VAIDEHI’ Magnetic Coolant Clarifier is mounted on the existing coolant tank of the machine. The coolant coming from the machine is fed into the coolant clarifier. The high power magnetic drum extracts the ferrous particles continuously, that are then discharged to a dust bin through a squeeze rubber roller and scrapper plate, which scraps the ferrous particles from the magnetic drum that is rotating at a speed of 2.3 RPM. The clean coolant/cutting oil is fed to the coolant tank after separation through outlet of the coolant clarifier. The fabrication of the coolant clarifier is a combination of non magnetic Stainless Steel and Mild Steel and has a very long life. The above clarifiers are available in capacity fro 35 liters per minutes to 1200 liters per minutes or more. These can be manufactured to customer’s requirement depending on their space availability by selecting options available in magnetic drums.
